Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jomcuci platform, including the website at jomcuci.club, all associated betting, casino, and gaming services, and any related communications. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager.

jomcuci applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. Full identity verification is required before processing any withdrawal request. Documents commonly required include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport) and proof of residential address not older than three months.
All transactions on jomcuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jomcuci does not accept deposits in cash and does not accept third-party deposits from individuals or entities other than the registered account holder.

All bets are accepted at jomcuci's absolute discretion. jomcuci reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any wager without providing a reason. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors resulting in incorrect odds display, manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, or suspicious betting patterns indicative of fraud or collusion.
Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet is binding. Players are responsible for checking the accuracy of their selections before confirming. jomcuci accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the Member.
Live in-play betting markets close automatically at jomcuci's discretion during dead ball situations, breaks in play, or when jomcuci's pricing model is unable to reflect current match state. Late bets — received after the relevant event has concluded — will be voided and stakes returned.
jomcuci periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. Where a promotion's specific terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.
Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jomcuci Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the jomcuci Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of jomcuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content or software from the Platform without the prior written consent of jomcuci.
The jomcuci Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jomcuci makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
jomcuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any losses arising from betting decisions, technical failures, network interruptions, or data breaches caused by circumstances beyond jomcuci's reasonable control.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit jomcuci's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
